Air Filter QA (Quality Assurance)

All the air filters that are produced by KATC are based on custom orders and they are supplied while considering the user's requirements and complete quality assurance. In order to accomplish it, we have built a systematic and reasonable QC system of guaranteeing user's specifications and better quality.

Equipped with the TQC Program that finds and solves all the problems from material procurement to product delivery, we check not only the efficiencies of HEPA and ULPA filters but also the air pressure drop air volume while using various test devices. Also, filter leakage is completely checked with an Auto Scan Tester.

We are trying our best to deliver more perfect products through the above QA system that can secure the product reliability even after filter installations by acquiring the ISO9001 and UL certification.
